Nurse Business Navigator processes personal data in accordance with UK data protection principles.
Information Collected
We collect only the information required to deliver the NHS Pension Scheme Annual Benefit Statement (ABS) walkthrough service:
• Name
• Email address
• NHS Pension Scheme Annual Benefit Statement (ABS)
• Booking and payment information
Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed solely for:
• Delivery of the booked ABS walkthrough session
• Preparation for the session
• Issuing post-session summary notes
• Business, legal, and financial record-keeping
Confidentiality:
All client information is treated as strictly confidential.
The NHS Pension Scheme Annual Benefit Statement is accessed only for the purpose of delivering the booked session. Information is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
Secure Document Submission
Clients submit their NHS Pension Scheme Annual Benefit Statement via a secure upload portal prior to their scheduled session.
Only documents relevant to the booked service should be submitted.
Document Retention
ABS documents are retained only for as long as necessary to deliver the service.
All uploaded NHS Pension Scheme Annual Benefit Statements are permanently deleted within 30 days of session completion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Session Privacy
Sessions are conducted as private one-to-one telephone appointments.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in a private environment suitable for discussing personal pension information.
We reserve the right to pause or reschedule a session where confidentiality cannot reasonably be maintained.
Third-Party Attendance
No third party may attend or participate in the session without prior disclosure and agreement.
Recording
Sessions are not recorded.
Clients must not record the session without prior written consent. We do not record sessions unless explicit consent has been given in advance.
Data Rights
Clients may request access to or correction of their personal data by contacting Nurse Business Navigator.
