Refund / Cancellation Policy

Thank you for selecting our mentor programme. We are dedicated to delivering enriching learning experiences. Prior to making a purchase, kindly review our refund/cancellation policies attentively.

1. Transparency and Fairness:

The terms of our refund policy are transparent and communicated to customers before purchase. We avoid ambiguous or unfair terms that may challenge consumer trust, striving to provide clear and understandable information about our refund process.

2. Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period) - for Weekly One to One Mentor Programmes only:

Customers have the right to cancel their one-to-one mentor or education program purchase within 14 days of the initial transaction or program commencement, whichever occurs sooner, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. Please note that access to programme materials may be restricted upon cancellation, and certain personalized services may not be covered by this right.

3. Clear Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a refund, customers must have actively participated in the program, attending scheduled sessions and engaging with provided materials. Eligibility criteria are reasonable and clearly communicated to customers to ensure fairness in our refund process.

4. Proof of Purchase and Participation:

If a refund is requested, customers may need to provide reasonable proof of purchase and participation, such as session attendance records or completed assignments. We recognize the importance of feasible requirements to maintain fairness.

5. Cancellation of Services:

In the unlikely event that the whole program is canceled by us, customers are entitled to a full refund. This aligns with the principle that customers should not be unfairly penalized for circumstances beyond their control.

Where a session is canceled, the mentor will contact the mentee and arrange future contact.

Refund Process:

Refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days after approving the refund request. If eligible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: for One-day Programme Only

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate our participants as much as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

Non-Refundable Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in our 1-day program. This deposit covers administrative costs and ensures commitment from participants.

Cancellation Timeline:

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the scheduled programme date will not be eligible for a refund of the non-refundable deposit.

Transfer of Deposit:

In certain cases, with prior contact and written agreement, we may allow the transfer of the non-refundable deposit to another service or product within our offerings. This option is subject to availability and mutual agreement.

Procedure for Transfers:

To initiate the transfer of your non-refundable deposit to an alternative service or product, kindly contact us via email at maureen@nursebusinessnavigator.co.uk at least 2 business days before the scheduled program date. We will carefully review your request and provide additional instructions if deemed eligible.

Program Cancellation by Nurse Business Navigator:

In the rare event that we need to cancel the 1-day programme, participants will be notified promptly. In such cases, participants can choose between a full refund of the deposit or transferring the deposit to another service or product.

Participant Cancellation:

If a participant cancels within 2 days of the programme date without requesting a transfer, the full program fee (including the non-refundable deposit) will be retained by us.

Refunds for Extraordinary Circumstances:

In cases of unforeseen and extraordinary circumstances preventing participation, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such requests should be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
