Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
One reschedule may be permitted where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a missed appointment and is not eligible for a refund.
If the required NHS Pension Scheme Annual Benefit Statement (ABS) is not provided in advance, the session may be rescheduled at our discretion.
If Nurse Business Navigator cancels a session, the client will be offered either a full refund or an alternative appointment.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
